There are 4 Devilfoil Masks, all are located in 
Grymforge:
- Next to Sergeant Thrinn
- Behind the collapsed wall
- Can be looted from the Merregon Legionnaire
- On the altar near the Merregon and Hellsboar encounter
If Dammon survives Act 1, he can craft 
Orthon Explosives out of the Devilfoil Masks.
