In his speculative writing on arcane displacement, the wizard Tenser notes the possibility for keenly focused minds to maintain spells, and even unlock hidden potential while doing so.
Location - Strange Conduit Ring
Located in the 
Inquisitor's Chamber. There are a few ways to get access to the chamber:
- Providing the Mysterious Artifact to Kith'rak Therezzyn, she will use the Githyanki Barrier Disruptor, and the party can proceed.
- Pickpocket the
Gith Shard from Kith'rak Therezzyn. Place the shard inside Githyanki Barrier Disruptor. - Defeat Kith'rak Therezzyn and loot Gith Shard off of her. Place the shard inside Githyanki Barrier Disruptor.
The ring will be inside an Elegant Chest.
