Caustic Reprisal: Whenever a creature deals melee damage to the wearer, that creature takes 1~4 Acid damage.
Droplets of foul acid drip from the tails of this cloak, as if from the stinger of a demonic scorpion.

Located in the 
House of Healing Morgue (Ominous Crevice).
- If you are entering from the morgue side, you will have to enter the laboratory and find the Secret Lever and then open the Metal Door with the lever near it. Alternatively, you can lockpick the door, but it requires DC 30. Then you will have to either use
Fly or 
Enhance Leap and jump to the chest. - If you are entering from the cave side, you can jump to the chest or use Fly or Enhance Leap.
The cloak will be inside a locked Gilded Chest.
