Discussion
The Helm of Balduran can be looted from the altar behind Ansur in the Dragon's Sanctum. To get there, travel to Wyrm's Rock Prison and take a left down the first hallway. Cast lightning spells at the two, dragon-shaped torches on the wall to open the way. Complete the trials in the Sanctum to face Ansur.
