Originally the kidney stone of an archfey, this object has been, ahem, passed down through the centuries.
Location - Fey Semblance Amulet
Obtainable in Act 3, during the quest - Help The Hag Survivors. This can be initiated indirectly with the quest - Save Vanra in the Basilisk Gate Barracks.
The amulet is obtainable only if you defeat Ethel. Otherwise you will not get it.
Notes
The amulet can be useful for the last fights of the game where you will be bombarded with various spells targeting spellcasting abilities.
