- If Rolan and Lorroakan are alive, it will be sold by Rolan.
- If Lorroakan is dead and Rolan is alive, it can only be obtained once by going to Razamith's Tower, speaking to him, and pressing the Trade button on the bottom left of the screen.
- If Rolan is dead, it can be purchased from Lorroakan's Projection at the same place where Rolan would stand.
