Located in Underdark, west of 
Selûnite Outpost. Can be looted off of Spectator (Lv. 5).

Found in the Underdark after a heavy boss fight. Come prepared to the Selunite Outpost, leave through the left window, follow the humanoid stone Statues.
I really don't understand, why this one is not consumable for Gale... Too much magic?!
