Located in the Last Light Inn. Received as a reward for completing "Rescue the Tieflings".
The quest has to be finished before completing "Find Ketheric Thorm's Relic". You will find the tieflings inside Moonrise Towers Prison. The most straightforward way to save them:
- Provide Wulbren Bongle with a weapon that does bludgeoning damage (mace or hammer).
- (Optional) You can kill the warden and guards that stumble into the warden's office without being noticed; it will make the later encounter easier.
- You can start the escape immediately (follow Wulbren's plan).
- An encounter will begin when a guard or Scrying Eye notices the gone prisoners.
- Take the prisoners back to Last Light Inn with the boat.
- Talk to Alfira in the inn.
Discussion
Dark Urges can obtain it just fine. Just knock out Alfira with nonlethal damage after crossing the bridge to the blighted village, but before next rest that will trigger the alfira scene.
Last Light Inn X: -56 Y: 141: Rewarded by Alfira for successfully completing Rescue the Tieflings.
Alfira must be alive to receive this item; although the quest can be completed with her dead, there is no one else to provide this specific reward. The only way to obtain this robe if you are Dark Urge is to knock Alfira out (in Act One) by using non-lethal attacks prior to actually going to sleep on the night she appears at your camp, thereby forcing a substitute, Quil, to appear in her place as the victim of the Dark Urge.
