You receive Kormira's Locket from the Tieflings Kormira and Locke in the Druid's Grove. Talk to them. They are standing on the large staircase leading down. They can't get past the transformed Druid-Bear. Help them by entering a room behind a stone door, down there, on the right, near the pig.

Gale can absorb the Magic from this Item. If Gale consumes it, it vanishes forever. That is irreversible and unavoidable.
