Location - Amulet of the Unworthy
Located in Underdark. Carried by the Minotaur it can be encountered either 
North of Selûnite Outpost or South of the Storehouse.
Discussion
Gale can absorb the Magic from this Item. If Gale consumes it, it vanishes forever. That is irreversible and unavoidable.
