To complete the quest:

  1. Go to Map icon bg3The Waning Moon.
  2. If not yet defeated, deal with Map icon bg3Thisobald Thorm (Lv. 6).
  3. Take Madeline's Ledger from the Map icon bg3Loose Planks.
  4. Bring back the ledger to Map icon bg3He Who Was.
  5. During the ritual, Madeline has to stab herself to get the Raven Gloves icon bg3Raven Gloves.
