This is one of the most impactful consumables in the game. It enables skipping any Strength investment and put those ability points elsewhere. A lot of builds depend on it, making the early game a breeze.
How to Obtain
You can stock up on these in Act 1 via 
Auntie Ethel or Derryth Bonecloak. This is fairly easy and you can do it in a few minutes to have stacks for the rest of the game by following the elixir farming guide.
