Best Specialization Tierlist - Dragon Age: Inquisition (DAI)

I would like to cover my specialization tier list for Dragon Age: Inquisition. This will show what impact each specialization has on the overall character. I will not be evaluating effects from Classes, as they are covered in a separate Class tier list.

Specializations are accessible after you reach Skyhold - a major hub area. This will happen at about level 10-12 and you will be able to choose from 3 for each class. They come with unique effects, that give some different combat approaches to the base options.

This should give you a general idea of where different specializations stand in my opinion. I also include links to the popular builds using them.
