Location - Fireheart
Located at the 
Tollhouse. To reach the amulet:
- Go to the roof of the tollhouse.
- Find the western part of the building that is above the road; it should have rotten planks.
- Destroy the rotten planks and jump down into the room.
- Loot the item from the locked Heavy Chest.
Alternatively, you can use 
Fly or 
Enhanced Jump to jump into the room from the road.
