Arcane Enchantment: You gain a +1 bonus to Spell Save DC and spell attack rolls.
Absorb Elements: Absorb elemental damage once per Short Rest. Take half damage from the next elemental attack targetting you, and deal an additional 1d6 of that element type on your next attack.
Part of an outfit worn by the wizard Tenser when he was inducted into the organisation of eminent wizards called the Circle of Eight. Otiluke and Bigby, who were fellow wizards and absolute devils for amusing themselves, enchanted the medallion that was given to Tenser so that it would explode into flatulent terriers when he touched it to his brow.

Obtained in Act 3. You can purchase the item from Helsik in the Devil's Fee shop. You will have to unlock her special stock. This can be done in a few ways:
- Notice the rare items in the shop and pass the Arcana checks.
- Unlock via dialogue options.
