Location - Ring of Salving
The ring can be obtained at Mycnoid Colony, Underdark in Act 1. There talk with Blurg and inform him about your parasite. With this, he will offer a solution and invite Omeluum.
- You can either do Omeluum's quest and enable bartering which allows you to buy the boots
- Pickpocket the boots, which does not require to do his quest and is free
