Wrong location, it's not in the Druid Sanctuary. Actual location as per the BG Wiki: Decrepit Sanctuary (X: 95 Y: 210), in a wooden chest at the base of the giant tree stump in the Sunlit Wetlands.
Yup and if you read the wiki in more details, you will see that the area with the tree is called Druid Sanctuary :)
It just changes the name to Decrepit Sanctuary if the illusion is dispelled
