Goblin Camp. Can be acquired by killing Novice Crusher or stealing it from him if you agree to kiss him foot. There will be a Sleight of Hand check (DC 10).

Act One: Worn by Crusher in the Goblin Camp. You can slip the ring off his toe when he demands you kiss his feet, or kill Crusher to take it off his body.
