Location - Pyroquickness Hat
Located at the 
Sorcerous Vault. To gain access to it, you will need to go through the Portal to Sorcerous Vault. It will only appear after you interact with the Collapsed Book.
After you gain access to the vault, you will reach three doors, two of which will be locked, and the middle one is called Silverhand. You need to unlock Elminsters' vault:
- Go through Silverhand – Evocation – Wish doors and use the lever.
The 
Pyroquickness Hat will be inside an invisible Opulent Chest.
