Comparing Shenhe and Ayaka Analysis - Who is Good and Better - Genshin Impact

Choosing between Shenhe and Ayaka in Genshin Impact largely depends on your personal preference and playstyle. Both characters have their own strengths and weaknesses, and it's important to consider what you're looking for in a character before making a decision.

Shenhe is a Cryo polearm user who excels in dealing damage to enemies in close proximity. She has good AoE damage potential and can provide Cryo support to her team with her elemental skill and burst. However, her damage output relies heavily on her being in the thick of combat, which can be risky in certain situations.

Ayaka, on the other hand, is a Cryo sword user who excels at dealing fast, precise damage. She is very mobile and can quickly move across the battlefield using her elemental skill. Her elemental burst can create a field of ice that deals continuous Cryo damage to enemies, making her a good option for dealing with groups of enemies.

In the end, which character to pull for depends on your team composition and your own personal preference.

For the long-time players

If you prefer a character who can deal with consistent Cryo damage from a distance, Shenhe might be the better choice for you.

However, if you want a fast and agile Cryo character who can deal high single-target damage, Ayaka might be the better option.

For beginners and short-time players

If you don't have enough characters and don't have enough primogems, choose Ayaka could be better than Shenhe. Ayaka can become a strong DPS in the team. Since some players want to save primogems to build the other characters, Ayaka can be a better choice and save some primos once you build her strong with a four stars weapon and good stats artifacts.
