Kazuha or Alhaitham? Why do Some Players Hate Alhaitham and Kazuha? - Genshin Impact

Some travelers want to become stronger in Version 3.7. The 3.7 Second half is coming, and Kazuha and Alhaitham will rerun together. Who is worth pulling? Which one is better? Today, I will analyze the two characters, and you might get your answer at the end.

What is Alhaitham's position in Genshin Impact?

First, in the game setting, Alhaitham is a DPS role. It is not worth building him as a Support. If you build Alhaitham in the wrong way, then you might find he is a little bit like the Dendro Keqin. In fact, with the right equipment and team configuration, Alhaitham can still play a considerable DPS. 

Why do some players hate Alhaitham?

I don't want to spoil too much. Shortly, first, from the general storyline, we know that Alhaitham and Kaveh are good friends. Some actions and words are more than friends, some travelers like it, but some are not.

Second, Alhaithamjust wanted to make life easier and so helped the Travelers, but when ver3.7 was over he brought more worries and stress on himself instead. This makes for a great contrast in his role setting.

Due to these reasons, Alhaitham is not very popular with some Travellers. But that doesn't stop us from pulling him.

Why some players are hating Kazuha?

Till version 3.7, Kazuha has gotten too much attention in the event or the stories. That makes some travelers feel uncomfortable.

Moreover, Kazuha's rerun time is quite long. You can only see him in the cutscene, but he couldn't come back to the banner, which makes some travelers lose their patients. 

Third, there's not too much news in Genshin recently, that's why the hating and blaming words come a lot.

How strong is Kazuha? 

Kazuha is a supporting character, and you can build him as a half-dps in the team. You need some other elements to react to Kazuha's Anemo skills. 

Kazuha or Alhaitham? Which one is better?

For the new beginner

I suggest pulling a Kazuha. He is a little bit easier to build, and you can use him to "jump" to a higher place. Whoever can be a dps, but not too much useful character can be a long term support. Once you get Kazuha, you can use him for a long while. 

If you don't have Venti, getting a Kazuha is a wise choice.

For long-time players

I am sure that you have some support and some good dps in your team. If you already have Dendro Arcon, and you are going to get the Hydro Arcon in the future, getting a Kazuha is better. Anemo support is quite useful and strong in the future team.

If you don't have too much Dendro character, and you don't have Dendro Arcon, I think getting Alhaitham is better. At least in the next 3-4 versions, Alhaitham is still strong in the Spiral Abyss.
