Shikanoin Heizou Best Build
Shikanoin Heizou is an Anemo Catalyst Character in Genshin Impact 2.8. Even though he is a four stars character, he can play as a strong DPS in the team. Here I list the how to build Heizou, and I analysis the best build by weapon, weapons, skills, ascension, and talent materials for Shikanoin Heizou.
Best Weapon
As the main DPS, the weapon is important for Heizou. Five stars are always better than four stars.
Weapon choice should be to focus on elemental skill, ATK, and Crit Rate/DMG.

Zhongli's shield can protect the DPS.
Albedo can release DMG AoEs while attacking.
*Tips: Two Anemo characters are enough for energy recharging in the party. Leave the spot for the other elemental reactions.
However, there are more options for buildings.
Level-up and Talent ascension Materials
For the Talent level up, I suggest this leveling up in this order:
- Elemental Skill (Level 9-10)
- Normal Attack (Level 9-10)
- Elemental Burst (Level 6-9)
If you have the extra talent materials, you can try to make them all in level 10. However, since Heizou is only a four stars character, save the crown for the other important characters. Just make his skill in level 9.
